General Questions

We can service most problems at your home or business, some require we bring it into our office. Some issues we can even solve remotely from our office using special support software.

Software repairs such as virus and malware issues are covered for up to 10 days following return of your computer. However failure to update anti virus protection or follow additonal technical information we give you will void that offer.

If we installed a hardware product for you that turns out to be defective we will make a return trip free of charge for up to 30 days following the intial installation. Your need to have the replacement part from the manufacter at your home or business before we can install.
